Over the past few months, Activants had been involved in the development of a couple of new web sites for MOM.
They had been able to offer good advice and innovative ideas on the design and communication approach for the web sites. They had also
been very prompt with requests and tracked details on milestones very well.
In terms of support and maintenance, they had been responsive to our users' needs and had managed to put together a FAQ library over a short span
of time to serve as a knowledge base for future references.

We are very pleased with how Activants has handled the project so far. They are professional in their conduct and willing to explore new
ways of handling and managing email newsletters. Another point to highlight is their prompt response for requests we make and their

The task of coming up with an Asia Pacific website comprising many country websites to showcase our different brands and the respective
products lines seemed daunting at first. We evaluated a number of IT vendors before appointing Activants to fulfill our requirements on
website development and maintenance. To date we have websites for Asia Pacific, Singapore, India and Malaysia in English, Hong Kong and
Taiwan in Traditional Chinese and soon, Vietnam in Vietnamese. Since the launch of the websites, there have been multiple change requests
forwarded to Activants as the needs of the websites have continued to grow. Activants has been flexible in accommodating to these requests
as well as proposing new ideas that help achieve our marketing objectives and recommend best practices for online marketing. I recommend
