The Staff Immunisation Records System was a project with a very tight deadline to start with. We had to make sure that the vendor that we would choose could deliver the system within that short timeframe while still maintaining the quality of the delivery. Through our stringent selection process we finally awarded the project for the development and maintenance of Staff Immunisation Records System (SIRS) to Activants.
We made the right choice by appointing Activants as the team was able to deliver the system within the short timeframe to our satisfaction. The team was led by experienced project manager who understood our business requirements well and proposed a solution that fulfilled our needs. The result was a high quality system that allowed our staff to track, monitor, schedule and generate reports on staff immunisation records.

IRAS has appointed Activants Pte Ltd as the vendor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, comissioning and maintenance of SVT System. The SVT system streamlines the operation procedures, intergrates the various sub-modules and provides accurate and timely assessment and enforcement of the collection of all small volume taxes.
The SVT system was completed in November 2008 and has since reported very low breakdown rate. This can be largely attributable to the competency demonstrated by Activants team in understanding requirements and diagnosing reported problem accurately. During system development, we noted that problems reported and urgent request for services are consistently responded winthin stipulated time. Sound technical advice is also regularly provided to our users.

INLAND REVENUE AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE
The National Library Board ('NLB') has awarded Activants Pte Ltd the tender for the supply and commission of an electronic Supplier Management System. This system is used to support the Library Supply Centre's Acquisitions Department in tracking supplier performance and provide rating across departments such as Acquisitions, Selection, Cataloguing, Receiving and Processing. The performance rating will then be converted to supplier performance scorecard. Other features allow the NLB to manage and track discounts offered by individual suppliers.
Activants Pte Ltd has done a very thorough and in-depth requirement analysis of the project. The NLB is using this project as a case study for subsequent project undertakings. Throughout the process, the technical team from Activants Pte Ltd has provided valuable advice to our user groups on translating the tedious manual processes to an automated online workflow. This results in a system that streamlines process, reduces errors, increases efficiency and improves collaboration among users.

The task of coming up with an Asia Pacific website comprising many country websites to showcase our different brands and the respective products lines seemed daunting at first.
