Nebulizer

It's a cool word, Nebulizer. For the uninitiated, it is "a device used to administer medication to people in forms of a liquid mist to the airways. " Well, my wife just bought it today for our youngest son. He's been having stuffy nose for the past few days and the doctor recommended buying than renting the nebulizer. But it's $250! Why can't we buy from the internet? Why? Why?
Anyway, one of the interns just figured out how to load a power point to a browser without having the browser's prompt to open/save the file. Go to Start > Program > Windows Explorer > Tools > Option then look out for .ppt file and uncheck prompt for download.
